Bodice is entirely lined and topstitched with button closures at the shoulders. Gathered black and white cow print skirt with matching bubble gum ruffle and black and white polka dot ribbon detail. Dress length falls below the knee. Matching ribbon flower is handmade and available on a barrette or on our matching cow hat. Machine Washable. Made in U.S.A.!
