Placing an Order You may place an order by using our secure shopping cart feature at any time. If you have any questions regarding sizing or ordering, please feel free to contact us by email or call us directly. Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal accepted. Shipping Our shipping charges are for the United States and Canada. If you would like your order shipped to a different country, we will add an additional $5.00 to your order before you are charged. Orders will be sent via USPS Priority Mail. All orders are custom made and are shipped in 2-3 weeks. If you need your order by a certain date, please let us know! We can accommodate most requests! Please place your Easter order by March 13, 2008. Thank you! (Express shipping is available if needed. Please email or call.) Shipping charge is $4.50 for orders totaling up to $50. Orders totaling $50 and over receive free shipping ($5.00 shipping for international customers). Refund/Exchange Policy Refunds: We strive to ensure that you are happy with your order. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, you may return any unworn clothing with tags within 14 days for a full refund (less shipping charges). Exchanges: Wrong size items may be exchanged for a different size or merchandise credit within a reasonable time period. We understand that it is sometimes hard to choose a size, especially as a gift. Therefore, we maintain a liberal exchange policy and will work with you to provide what you need.
