Placing an Order
You may place an order by using our secure shopping cart. If you have questions regarding sizing or ordering, please feel free to contact us at customerservice@lainaline.com.
If you need your order by a certain date, you will have the opportunity to enter that date during the checkout process.
***We are now using PayPal as our payment processor. You do NOT need a PayPal account to place an order. Simply click on "Don't have a PayPal account?" once directed to PayPal and pay using your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.
Shipping
Our shipping charges are for the United States only. At this time, we are not offering international shipping.
All orders are custom made. If you need your order by a certain date, please let us know! You may enter your request during checkout.
Shipping charge is $3.00 for all orders.
We ship by USPS First Class Mail. For larger orders, we will upgrade your shipping to Priority Mail at no extra charge.
Refund/Exchange Policy
Refunds: If for any reason you are dissatisfied, you may return any unworn clothing within 14 days for a full refund.
Exchanges: Wrong size items may be exchanges for a different size or merchandise credit within a reasonable time period. We understand that it is sometime shard to choose a size, especially as a gift. We maintain a liberal exchange policy and will work with you to provide what you need.
